| Problem |
The North Shore project is part of
Raimond Land development in Pattaya. Built nearly
ten years ago, the old construction structure had
reached the 23rd floors before the project was stopped.
And Raimond Land took over this project to complete
up to 26 floors and the building will be used as
service apartments.
During this long abandoned period, the building
was heavily corroded due to its seaside location.

REENTECH re-established the integrity
of the concrete and more important its re-enforcement.
Several techniques were used to bring back this
building to life.
Many different technical materials have been
used.
- Repair mortar, cement and epoxy grouting, epoxy
injection & cathodic protection were used
to solve repair problems.
- Pu injection for the leakage situation.
- The CARBON FIBER system was designed and used
for additional structure re-enforcement. The additional
load was calculated by Engineering Design. For
this project, the system was applied to 4,500
square meters.
