PROTECTIVE COATINGS

Protective coating systems are the process of applying a film-producing material to a concrete surface. Many organic or inorganic coatings are available. Coatings are designed to control water absorption, vapor transmission, and diffusion of aggressive liquids and gasses through the concrete surface.

REENTECH has decades of experience in the application of a wide variety of coatings including epoxy, urethane and other unique systems to protect concrete from chemical attack. Selecting the proper coating for the situation is paramount in a successful coating application. REENTECH uses its experience with a variety of chemicals and conditions in selecting the appropriate protection system.

The selection of protective coating systems ranging from coatings for floors and walls to structural steel, are special needs. REENTECH has access to very specialized coating systems properties, such as; elastomeric and highly chemical resistant, thermal, etc. They can be used for immersion or for splash and spill on secondary containment.

ENDURAGUARD CP 200

ENDURAGUARD CP 200 is a two component high solids, high chemical resistant and hygienic epoxy coating system used to protect non-trafficked concrete and steel surfaces against excessive chemical attack in corrosive environments. It is also suitable for use where an antibacterial coating system is required in clean or food processing areas. ENDURAGUARD CP 200 cures to form a hard dense, glossy impervious surface suitable in performing in the most arduous environments.

ENDURAGUARD CP 700

ENDURAGUARD CP 700 is a chemical resistant coal tar modified, solvent free high performance epoxy coating system. ENDURAGUARD CP 700 utilizes the high strength and durability of epoxy resin chemistry coupled with the excellent water resistance of coal tar. It is suitable for use in numerous chemical resistant applications such as linings, secondary membranes and anti-skid trafficked coatings. It can be applied both on concrete and steel surfaces and is suitable for use with fiber reinforcement. It is applied both on vertical and horizontal surfaces from a thickness of 250 um and above.
